1 Agreement to These Terms

By accessing the Gans Mandi website, creating an account or using any part of the platform — including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses or downloading the app — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of Gans Mandi after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Gans Mandi, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate or agent registrations are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Gans Mandi account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting under the influence of any person or organisation seeking to exploit the platform for commercial gain or fraud.

Gans Mandi reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory documentation is not provided when requested, the account may be suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings accrued on an account later found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. You may not create a second account for any reason — including attempting to claim a welcome bonus a second time, recovering access to a suspended account or registering under a different name or phone number.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid phone number and a working email address. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and any linked payment PIN — confidential. Gans Mandi will never ask for your password by email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

• One account per person — detected duplicates will be merged or closed at our discretion.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable — you may not share access with another person.
• You must update your account details promptly if any of your registered information changes.
• Accounts registered with temporary or disposable email addresses may be subject to additional verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Gans Mandi are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Mobile wallets are also accepted.

Funds deposited must originate from a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends funds on your behalf — are not permitted. If a deposit is received from an unverified or third-party source, the funds may be held pending investigation and the account may be suspended during that period.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed instantly under normal conditions.
• Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard withdrawal times apply as communicated in the cashier section.
• Gans Mandi does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions — however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed back to a payment method associated with your registered account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or different names will not be approved. Identity verification may be required before a first withdrawal is processed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Gans Mandi offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each offer comes with its own set of terms — including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings. These specific terms are communicated at the time of each offer.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions on the platform:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another player or account.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-generated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Gans Mandi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts or abuse of promotions will be voided.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited.

Players found to be abusing the bonus system — whether through matched betting on sports markets, using low-risk strategies designed to convert bonuses rather than engage with the platform for entertainment — may have their bonuses cancelled and winnings voided. Gans Mandi's assessment of bonus abuse is final.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games on the Gans Mandi platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports markets, bingo rooms and fish games — are provided for entertainment purposes. Each game section has its own rules which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering PKR on it.

Sports betting markets on Gans Mandi are subject to the specific rules of the market — including settlement rules, void conditions and in-play restrictions. PSL and cricket markets follow standard cricket betting settlement rules. Results are settled based on official match outcomes from the relevant governing body.

• Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.
• In-play bets on cricket and football markets are subject to a brief delay — this is standard and not a platform error.
• Game malfunctions — whether in slots, live casino or fish games — void all affected rounds. Any stake involved in a malfunctioned round will be returned to your account balance.
• Gans Mandi reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical or data feed fault.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Gans Mandi platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any external tool to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players or manipulation of sporting events.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal or otherwise illegal activity.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during any verification process.
• Allowing another person to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your bank or payment provider (chargebacks).

Gans Mandi actively monitors accounts for unusual patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, the account may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. During an investigation, access to funds may be restricted. If fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Gans Mandi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Situations in which an account may be suspended or closed include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity.
• A request from the account holder for self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• An account remaining inactive (no login, no transaction) for an extended period as defined in our dormant account policy.

If your account is closed for a breach of these terms, any balance remaining — including deposited funds, pending bonuses and winnings — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If the closure is at your own request and there is no outstanding breach, your remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact Gans Mandi support with your account details and a description of the issue. Investigations are conducted as promptly as possible and you will be informed of the outcome.

9 Privacy and Data

The personal information you provide to Gans Mandi — including your name, date of birth, phone number, email address and payment details — is collected and stored for the purpose of operating your account, processing transactions and verifying your identity when required.

Gans Mandi does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services and identity verification providers solely for the purpose of operating the platform securely. • You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held on your account.
• You may request correction of inaccurate personal information by contacting support.
• Account closure does not automatically delete all associated data — retention periods apply as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming
